Klassic Statement proudly stands behind the quality of our jewelry, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase - for any reason - return it in its original, unused condition within 30-days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping & handling or replace it - no questions asked.
This warranty is void if the jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
All jewelry sent in for return must include a sales receipt. Lost or incomplete products are not eligible for return. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund. Enclose the return section of the packaging slip with your item(s). Please use the return label provided to ensure proper return address and credit information.

Complete Your Return/Exchange Form: Every order has a packing slip enclosed. On the back of your packing slip is your Return/Exchange form. Please complete this form and enclose it with your return.
Pack Your Return: Pack your return (and it's original packaging) either in the same cardboard shipping box or in another box and enclose your completed Return/Exchange form.
Ship Your Return: Ship your return back to us using a traceable, insured method e.g. UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service (Express Mail or Priority Post with tracking), so we have record of receipt of your return.
